The Todd Benderson passion lies in fitness and nutrition. Experiencing how eating healthy and engaging in physical activities can make a person stronger, I want to help others be in their best shape as well. It’s not always about looking good but more about feeling strong from the inside out.

Diet, exercise, and sleep make the best combination for a healthy body.  While most people discard the importance of sleep, I believe it shouldn’t be neglected. The human body will not recuperate well without it. As for my diet, I try as much to eat only plant-based food. However, I do indulge in hamburger once in a while. Like I always say, fitness is about balance. It’s also about working hard to enjoy the good stuff.
